Derek has worked across the world in London, Melbourne, Singapore, and now from home in Glasgow, Scotland, for Octopus Deploy as a Senior Solutions Architect in the Octopus Advisory team. He has been automating CI/CD pipelines for about eight years and has helped lead and implement CI/CD across multiple companies during his time in DevOps & Automation Consultancy. Derek works with and helps Octopus Deploy’s biggest clients with their CI/CD pipeline and helps enable their success with Octopus Deploy.
Gregor Suttie
Azure Architect @Intercept
Gregor who lives near Glasgow in Scotland has been in the I.T. for 25 years and currently works at Intercept in the Netherlands as an Azure Architect where his daily work consists of designing, implementing, and optimizing organizations’ Azure environments. Gregor has a background that covers development and DevOps and has had roles that include developer, site reliability engineer, DevOps lead, development practice lead, and now an Azure Architect. Gregor is a multi-year Azure MVP and also a Microsoft Certified Trainer.
